It appears as though Frickets is a local name for the game. It is also frequently called Cups. Frickets derives from the combination of the words "Frisbee" and "Cricket". Once you read the rules you'll understand the similarity (hint: it's about the wickets). The game requires two teams of two players, although it is technically possible to play with just two people. You will also require a little more equipment than with other disc sports: 4 bamboo poles, at least 4 12 oz. plastic beer cups and an Ultimate disc. The cups go on top of the poles which you have pushed into the ground the pairs of poles should be separated by 10-12 meters, while the poles in the pair should be about a foot apart.
Points are scored by knocking the cups off the pole, or by throwing the disc between the two poles without hitting them (2 points). The defending team scores a point if they catch the cup (one handed) before it touched the ground, otherwise if they trap, use two hands, or the cup hits the ground the offense scores a point (one per cup if they happen to knock both off).
