• 07 Mar 2011: We are transitioning to using Twitter for all annoncements, so that it is easier to post them, and easier for you to get them, please check the Twitter box above for most recent announcements. Announcements which need to stick around for an extended period of time will continue to be listed here, but will likely appear on Twitter first.
• 07 Mar 2011: Burnaby Ultimate & Disc Sports is developing more of a presence on Facebook, you can find our Facebook Page there, and we hope you'll "like" us. The site will be used for promotion, recruiting, announcements, photos, etc... In short it is a better way for us to engage the community than this site has proven to be historically. That said, registration, full content, etc... will continue to be through the non-Facebook page. There are already over 500 pictures posted to the Facebook Page and a handfull of Goaltimate videos.
  
• 22 Nov 2010: Field closure updates will be done through Twitter and this website, but you can always double check at the Burnaby Field Closure page for the most up to date information.
• 26 Oct 2010: Burnaby Disc Golf Club registration updated, and membership list also updated.
• 2010/2011: Registration for the Burnaby Disc Golf Club is available online Registration. Cost is a paltry $10, or $5 if you also play in one of our Ultimate Leagues. Please add your thoughts to the direction of the club in the Forum. Recent activities include buying 2 new baskets for the course, one to replace #7, the other TBD.
• Persistent: You can subscribe to the new Interest List mailing list on the Email List page.

Spring League 2011

We are currently running two offerings which are functioning more like pick-up at the moment. Monday nights 8-10pm at Byrne Creek High School (until the end of March at least), and Wednesday night Goaltimate from 9-11pm at Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West.

Pick-Up

Byrne Creek 6:30-9pm Monday Sep 6.
Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West Field #4 (turf), Wednesdays 9-11pm.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be announced as soon as possible, mid-week field closures take place at 2pm, so announcements would be shortly there after. Whenever we are playing at Byrne Creek you can assume that games are on, as only lightening, snow accumulations or maintenance would force field closures.

• Email List Where you can sign up to join the Burnaby Ultimate Interest List, to get e-mail updates about what\'s going on. You can also submit more detailed information which will help us set up the league.
• Fields Information & Directions to the fields that the league will be using.
• Contact How to contact the league coordinator (with a blurb by him)
• News Late breaking news, what the coordinator is doing, basically a blog that exposes what\'s going on in Burnaby Ultimate.
• Forum Where you can start new threads about Ultimate in Burnaby, generate some discussion, make suggestions, that sort of thing. As well as an archive of coordinator e-mails.
