• 08 Feb 2010: Burnaby Open Disc Golf Tournament PDGA Sanctioned, coming up Marc 19-21st to Robert Burnaby DGC, brought to you by Brent Burbee and the Burnaby Disc Golf Club. Course Map
• 08 Feb 2010: Bryan Brassington is putting together a Men's/Open team composed of BUDS/Burnaby Players, practices are open to all Burnaby players, playing time at tournaments will be based on ability and dedication. Contact Bryan for information, or join through Facebook.
• 12 Oct 2009: Pick-up tonight at Byrne Creek everyone welcome, 6-8pm.
• 29 Sep 2009: The Burnaby Disc Golf Club is ordering Candy Fund Raising (CFR) discs to raise money to replace basket #7 which was damaged and then stollen two years ago. A temporary basket has been used in its place since then. We're still working on the artwork, but it will be a limited run of 50 discs, if you have a great idea for the stamp, let us know!
• 08 Sep 2008: Registration for the new Burnaby Disc Golf Club is now also online Registration. Cost is a paltry $10, or $5 if you also play in one of our Ultimate Leagues. Please add your thoughts to the direction of the club in the Forum.

Spring League 2010: Mondays

Sproing League will be Monday nights at Byrne Creek as per usual, sign-up is as individuals, special requests to be on the same team will be honoured whenever possible. There is room for a maximum of 60 players/4 teams.

League Size: 4 Teams
Format: 1 divisions, we'll play round robin, until April, at which point we'll play 4 weeks of play-offs: round robin seeding games, and the final night 1 vs 2 and 3 vs 4.
Games: weekly, single game hard capped at 7:55pm
Season: Feb 8th until the end of April
Registration: Open momentarily.
Team Composition: 5/2 coed [teams may play with up to 5 of either gender, but no less than 2 or the other)
Locations: Byrne Creek HS [turf].
Rules: Full 11th edition rules including foot blocks will be used.
Cost: $40 per individual, Team cost: $400.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be announced as soon as possible, mid-week field closures take place at 2pm, so announcements would be shortly there after. Whenever we are playing at Byrne Creek you can assume that games are on, as only lightening, snow accumulations or maintenance would force field closures.
